The focus is alerts you can trust. A monitor is down only when more than one region fails, you choose how many failed checks in a row open an incident, firewall blocks show as Blocked instead of Down, and slow answers show as Degraded. Incidents and status pages are in the same tool.

The closed beta is free, and there is a free plan after launch. Paid plans and prices are published before launch. Nothing is charged unless you choose a paid plan.

Yes. Import your existing monitors in one step, with names, URLs, intervals and alert contacts.

HTTP(S) endpoints with status, header and keyword checks, TCP ports, ping, DNS records, cron jobs and backups with heartbeat monitors, SSL certificates, domain expiry and the assets of a page. IPv4 and IPv6 can be checked separately.

Yes. Browser checks run your Playwright script in a real Chromium browser every few minutes, from several regions, with a screenshot and a trace when a step fails.

Yes. Follow the vendors your app depends on. StatusTick checks their APIs from several regions, reads their status pages, and shows vendor outages next to your own incidents.

Yes, with private agents. Run a small StatusTick agent in your network; it checks internal APIs, databases and intranets and reports back over an outbound HTTPS connection. No inbound ports or VPN.

StatusTick shows the monitor as Blocked, not Down, sends you one notice with steps to allow our checks, and does not open an incident by default. You can allow our published IP addresses or add a custom header.

Email, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Discord, Telegram, PagerDuty and webhooks. For phone and SMS paging, connect PagerDuty.

If an incident is not acknowledged within the delay you set, StatusTick alerts a second set of channels, up to 3 times.

Yes. Components are linked to monitors and show live status and 90 days of uptime. StatusTick drafts incident posts from your incidents, and pages support custom domains and email subscribers.

Check results and per-minute metrics are kept for 90 days. Alert delivery records are kept for 30 days.

No. At launch, StatusTick keeps only what a check needs, such as the status code, timings and whether a keyword matched. It does not keep the response body.

Not yet. We follow SOC 2 practices (MFA, backups, access reviews, vulnerability scanning), and a data processing agreement (DPA) for GDPR is available.

Yes. A REST API with organization API keys, documented with OpenAPI, and an MCP server for AI agents such as Claude, Cursor and ChatGPT.
